The story of Dasargiri Tavern goes back to 1915 in Arachova! Then, for the first time, the famous tavern opened by Stergios Dasargiris, in the exact same place that still stands today, on the main street a few meters before the café square (Papaioannou Square - known to the locals and as a "beach" due to the stone fountain). with running water from Parnassos). The reins are taken by his estranged son and our grandfather, Yiannis Dasargiris, who changes the name of the store to Normandy (due to his time in France).

Since 1960 the tavern has changed to "Dasargiris" and is known for its bouzouki and Yannis Dasargiris' feasts throughout the Greek foam passing through Arachova to indulge in winter sports. Many prominent personalities have passed and continue to pass through the tavern!

From 1975 until today, Dassargyris Tavern continues to be a family affair after John's son, Panagiotis Dassargyris decided to continue the tradition! Mom Roula takes care of the guests with her pies and homemade delicacies, Panagiotis in charge of the baking - the rumor about the best Arachova's cocktail and cockerel has not come by accident! tradition as we learned from our predecessors, trying to create a warm family atmosphere for all guests!
